Hi, I’m Mig Reyes, a multidisciplinary designer from Chicago. I spent the last four years leading brand and marketing at Basecamp.
I most recently did design, brand, and marketing projects for Basecamp, the world’s best way to keep teams on the same page. Prior, I designed UI and marketing campaigns at Threadless. With my roots in traditional graphic design, I also experiment outside of web and product work.
I spend a lot of time with community outreach. I serve as Co-President for AIGA Chicago and teach art direction and design within Chicago portfolio and tech schools. I also serve on several advisory boards for tech and design schools and organizations.
I travel to give presentations on creativity and design. One of my favorite talks to give is the one I gave at CreativeMornings. It’s four pieces of weird and unusual advice that captures how I feel about living our lives as makers of things.
